The Bellingham Mountaineers is one of seven regional branches of The Mountaineers, an outdoor and conservation club based in Seattle, WA. The Bellingham branch offers programs in climbing, hiking, snowshoeing and beginner & backcountry skiing. Our branch is run entirely by volunteer members who lead trips, teach courses and provide trail maintenance. Membership provides a variety of benefits, including activities across Washington state, publication discounts and conservation advocacy.

Club Trip Schedule

Canceled Due to Unseasonably Warm Temperatures
Ski Weekends at Baker Lodge

We regret that we must cancel this year's ski lessons at Mt. Baker lodge. We've had an unusually warm winter, and there is no snow at the groomed trails at Mt. Baker this year.

Watch again next fall for the 2011 Ski Season announcements!

Reservations at the Baker Lodge
If you have made reservations at the Lodge, please call 206.284.6310 to cancel, unless you plan to go anyway and enjoy the other pleasures that the lodge has to offer. See “Baker Lodge” in the “Lodge Going” section of the Go Guide or online at mountaineers.org for more information.
